Service Level Agreement

The Service Level Agreement (SLA) provides proactive leadership and management for your IT solutions, and ultimately, a higher ROI on your IT investments. Our professionals will be able help you analyze your IT requirements so your solution will be able to handle your needs in the future.

Retainer Agreement

A retainer agreement is more of a break-fix agreement, and does not include many of the preventative practices included in the Service Level Agreement. This agreement only covers incidents as they occur for the customer.
